Seeing Red by Emily de Molly

Hello November! The year is soon coming to an end and it is my favourite time of the year with Christmas approaching and this year I have one more special reason to be joyful about that is I am getting married this month!

While I should be really busy with wedding preparation and all but I am actually quite relax and chill about it as the celebration is a small affair and mostly because I have a wedding planner doing almost everything for me. My friends are actually surprised that I am so chill about it. I think they are more excited than I am. I am happy that we are keeping it a simple and cozy affair. Hey what matters most is happiness, right?

Today I have for you an apt colour for the subject of wedding. Chinese often associate red as an auspicious colour for wedding or any happy occasions. The following swatches feature Seeing Red by Emily de Molly.

Actually Seeing Red is not a true red tone. It is a red jelly holographic with strong pinkish undertone. The consistency is great with strong holographic effect. I love how it looked under sunlight and especially in my light box under artificial lightings. Of late I am really in to red shade of polishes possibly due to my wedding. I really loving Seeing Red and I can foresee myself wearing it very often. Having said that I have not thought out what to paint for my nails on my wedding day. Any thoughts or recommendation? I’d better start shopping around my stash!

You can find Seeing Red over at Mei Mei Signatures. Else you can find EDM at Emily de Molly or at its various international stockists.
