Widow’s Walk by Powder Perfect

Howdy! I am chilling out on a lazy Sunday and dreading that it is Monday very soon. Why do I have to work? Just kidding! Haha!

Today I am very excited to show you a new-to-me Australian indie brand, Powder Perfect. More and more indie brands are heading towards being 5-free and I am happy to report that Powder Perfect is on board with that too. When I first laid eyes on Powder Perfect polishes I knew right away that I want to get my hands on it. Fortunately Mei Mei Signatures read my mind and started stocking them.

Widow’s walk is a gorgeous wine/eggplant jelly base with scattered holo. Some of you may have read that I mentioned before about my reservation to try new-to-me brand just in case the formula is not great. But the formula of Widow’s Walk is flawless and it glided on to the nails like butter. It is so rich and saturated that it was almost a one coater for me. But I have long and big nail beds so you are seeing 2 coats with topcoat in the photos. I wore this as a full mani for a straight 6 days without a chip but only a slight wear tip! This looks so good in the sunlight as the red undertone peek through more clearly.powder perfect widow's walkpowder perfect widow's walk(1)powder perfect widow's walk(6)powder perfect widow's walk(2)powder perfect widow's walk(3)powder perfect widow's walk(4)

I painted this last Saturday night and I couldn’t contain my love for this that I messaged Mei Mei to rave about it late in the night! That is how much I love this! I am listing this in to one of my all time favourite list. So happy that I took the plunge and tried out a new brand! And this reminds me of drink that I used to drink when I was a child, Ribena! For those who know what I am talking about isn’t it?

Powder Perfect can be purchased over at Powder Perfect store or at Mei Mei Signatures
