Today I have for you May Flowers swatch created by Serum No.5. For a start I love the name of the brand. Serum No.5 sounds really chic, just like Chanel No 5 perfume. I don’t know if the brand name was inspired by Chanel No 5 but I suspect so. Also every polish comes in square bottle which I prefer to round bottles as it is easier to store and easier to hold for photography.
May Flowers is a clear base glitters topper with white, pink and green hex glitters, yellow flower glitters, silver holo butterfly shaped glitters and iridescent shimmers. This went on the nails smoothly but it did require some slight fishing for the yellow flower glitters which was not a big deal to me. I used one coat of May Flowers on top of Essie Mint Candy Apple and one coat of topcoat.
This is a cute polish to own and I like that the glitters are not overcrowding, just the right amount on the nails. If you like odd shaped glitters you have to get this. Also Serum No.5’s polishes all come with a really nice thought of packaging. I forgot to take a picture of it to show you but if you have bought from Serum No.5 before you know what I mean.
